How to Eliminate the Travel Fatigue

We can easily find such a phenomenon, that after travelling, many of us will easy to get “travel fatigue”; this mainly because that the lack of sleep excessive play during travel. Some visitors sometimes even have such problems as, breathing difficulties, cold sweats, and loss of appetite, thirst and other symptoms.

Once these symptoms have occurred, visitors should stop in time to rest. And people who have such symptoms should be given to eat sugars or drinking some hot tea or light salty water that is 1 g of salt and 100 ml of water.

In order to prevent fatigue on theĀ  way to travel, and to make savings of complete oxidation of lactic acid in the body, people can properly eat vinegar; also can eat more oranges, plum, lemon; containing malic acid pears, apples, cherries, all of which contain citric acid; with succinic loquat and other fruits and beverages. Followed by, at rest, people should do as much as possible some activities to waist and legs. People who have companions during travel can make massage to each other, which can not only help to relax muscles, but also can promote the elimination of fatigue. In addition, drinking water before sleep can add the water shortage in body.
